Every Inspired Ball starts as an idea and ends as a handcrafted piece of décor sitting on your shelf. But the journey between those two points is where the craft really lives. Here's how we make them.
The Design Phase
Before a single gram of filament is loaded, we spend time getting the design right. Each Inspired Ball is inspired by a character's distinct visual identity — their color palette, textures, and personality. We're not just printing a sphere and calling it done; we're interpreting what makes that character feel like them, translated into a decorative object.
The result: 28 unique designs, each one intentional. The Vaporeon ball has that flowing, aquatic softness. The Charizard ball has commanding presence. The Eevee ball has the warm, versatile neutrality that makes it the anchor of any collection.
The Print
Each ball is precision 3D-printed from high-quality PLA filament — a durable, detail-friendly material that lets us achieve the color depth and texture quality that makes these pieces look collector-worthy, not toy-like.
Print times vary by size and complexity, but every ball gets the same care and attention regardless of whether it's the 4" standard or the 12" statement size.
Quality Inspection
Here's what sets CraftyQ apart from mass-produced décor: every single ball is hand-inspected before it ships. We check for surface consistency, color accuracy, and structural integrity. If something doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't ship — full stop.

Packaging & Shipping
Once a ball passes inspection, it's carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. We include care instructions and — for customers who want to start styling immediately — a quick-start guide with display ideas.
Orders over $75 ship free. We want the experience of receiving a CraftyQ order to feel like a small occasion.
