Because everything is handmade and quality-checked before it ships, most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping then takes 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS depending on your location. Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from order date.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (US only). Orders under that threshold have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding to Canada — stay tuned by signing up for our email list!

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at hello@craftyq.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order is in transit, we can’t make address changes.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. See our full Returns Policy for details.

We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@craftyq.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return required.

We don’t process direct exchanges. Instead, return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like. This gets you your new piece faster!

We use 3D printing technology with high-quality filaments to create each piece. After printing, items are hand-finished, quality-checked, and — where applicable — hand-painted or assembled. No two pieces are mass-produced on a factory floor.

Our pieces are primarily printed using PLA (polylactic acid), a plant-based bioplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. It’s rigid, durable, and holds fine detail beautifully. Some pieces feature additional materials like ribbon, wire, or resin accents.

Our decorative pieces are designed for adult home décor use. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Small pieces may present a choking hazard. Always supervise young children around décor items.

We do our best to photograph products in natural light with accurate color representation. However, screen calibration varies — actual colors may appear slightly different. If color accuracy is critical, feel free to contact us before ordering.

• Dust with a soft, dry cloth
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which can fade color over time
• Keep dry — PLA can warp in high heat/humidity environments
• Don’t submerge in water

Our Gift Sets are packaged in gift-ready boxes at no extra charge. For other items, we include a hand-signed note if you mention it in the order notes at checkout — just let us know!
