We want you to love every CraftyQ piece. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@craftyq.com with subject: Return Request and your order number
2. Include your reason and photos if the item is damaged
3. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions

Return Shipping

• Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label
• Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 3-7 additional business days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
