Processing Time

Because every CraftyQ piece is handmade and quality-checked before it leaves our hands, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Total estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days from order date.

We ship via USPS and UPS.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states and US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don't receive it within 5 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@craftyq.com.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no return required.
